Last week I was at Utøya outside Oslo with Rød Ungdom for our summer camp. I’ve been trying to condense it into one blog post, but there’s just no point in trying, so instead you might get these random tidbits of information. For instance, this is the song that almost everyone woke up to, as we, being awesome, blasted it over the speaker system every morning.
And that’s just one more reason to join us.
Yours truly
Bjørn
I’m looking for a good free host with decent bandwidth and storage space, but the thing that really matters is that they don’t restrict php. We’re currently hosted on byethost, which makes it nigh impossible to upgrade wordpress and autotweet posts etc. If you know of a good host just leave it in the comments, or mail me if you feel like it!
So yeah,
Bjørn
P.S.: Long live Palestine, long live Gaza!
Nuff said (sang?)
According to this article in the NY Times, senator Charles E. Schumer loves change. He loves it so much that he needs to have his fix straight away, and if the Chinese government doesn’t bloody well give it to him as soon as possible he’s going to… oh, right he can’t do squat. He seems to think that he can restrict Chinese exports. Of course he doesn’t really want to do that, it’s just saber rattling, but the truth is that he couldn’t restrict their exports even if he wanted to. You’re the Chinese’s bitch now, Charlie, at the mercy of their whims. If they want to take it slow, that’s the way it’s going to be.

Nice whistle, but it won’t make China listen to you.
Song of the blog: Hello Future, by Kosmonaut
So google is supposed to pick ads based on all the stuff they know about me from watching everything I do online, which makes it kind of weird when I get these on YouTube:
I mean, come on! Say what you want about Obama, but telling YouTube commenters (also known as the worst breed of human to have ever existed) to vote for blaming him for the oil spill is insane! By what logic does that even make sense? What do they think he did, dive into the gulf and break the well himself? The “Obamacare, stop him!” ads were pretty annoying, but at least he was doing health care reform then, this just feels like pure desperation to me.
Naturally, the song of the blog is: The Impression That I Get
I’m your host, Baffled Bjørn, and you are now annoyed, for some reason or another.
