Yo!
I come to you today with good and bad news. The good: Today I managed to control my dream by thinking about it. The bad: Apparently, dream-Vegard does not have the same idea of fun that awake-Vegard has.
My dream pretty much consisted of me going to the train station, buying a ticket for the airport express train, forgetting it in the machine and getting on the train anyways. When the train had departed I realized that I had forgotten my ticket. But then the thought hit me: I do not recognize that train station, or indeed this train. This must be a dream!! Awesome, that means I can get my ticket. And then, by the magic of thought, my ticket was in my hand.
I was satisfied, and kept riding the train. My magical ticket worked.
Worst lucid dream experience ever.

Ello.
I won’t be long. Today on the tram home from the University, I overheard some children talking. They were noisy and right behind me, it was unavoidable. Oh the horror. Anyways, amongst their talking, they used such phrases as “I not likes”. This got me thinking:
I was lucky. I learned English before the horrid age of internet humor wrongly spelled. Cats that wants to has a cheezburger, for example. So I consider my English pretty good. Nowhere near perfect, but pretty good. But do children that grow up today, amongst lolcats and other internet banalities with lingual errors, get confused and struggle learning proper language due to it?
As such
The comment-fields at youtube could certainly suggest so. I am glad I am not going to become an English teacher after all.

That’s how easy it is!
Right click – queue song. And it plays after the current song. It is a remarkable feature which has been made popular by, among other things, Spotify. Even Rhythmbox, the awesome linux music player, has it. Comeon, Apple!!
That is my entire message for today, as I am swamped with exams and stuff.

Howdy y’all.
Allow me to preface this entry with a lingual note: neither my vast knowledge of the english language, nor my vast knowledge of googling for translations, has given me an apt translation for the Norwegian word “valgkamp”. The best i can come up with is electoral campaign, being the period before elections where parties do stuff to get votes. Oh yeah.
So anyways. This weekend, I attended the electoral campaign conference of my political party, Red. Or The Red Party, as wikipedia calls us. Lots of interesting stuff happened, I want to focus on one thing: the new coffee mugs!

Not only is it awesome in shape and whiteness, but the logo is just sexy as hell! The image is a little bit blurry, it looks even better on the actual mug. It makes every sip of coffee awesome.
