Oh, that uncertainty!
Perhaps, eventually, we will be able to sit down and say “I made the right choice.” And hopefully you did.
But I can completely relate to this. Perhaps in another life I am good at SCIENCE, or happily a teenage mother of twelve. Maybe I dropped out, maybe I’m already in college. Maybe I’m different in every single way. Wouldn’t that be nice?
I also relate to this. I’ve no idea what to do with myself so I’ve tentatively decided to major in Psychology. How this relates to my future, I do not know. I like to remind myself that there’s a chance the world is going to end in 2012 so it’s kind of okay if my college education is mostly about enjoying myself. In a way, the potential end of the world is what brings me hope/comfort. Yes, that statement is wrought with insanity, but I’m sure you expect nothing less from me.
