If a dog kills the neighbor’s chicken, the dog should be shot. But dogs are a bit different from the majestic bear. That there food chain will be devastated one bear at a time.
This begs the question, how do they know (or think they know) that a bear ate their sheep (as opposed to a wolf or other such animal)? Furthermore, how can they possibly find said bear among all the others? “Are you the bear that ate those sheep?”…. “Why yes, yes I am, please shoot me now!” I think some of our population should be re-included in the food chain of nature as to weed out all the Idiots. Now they are a species that hard to kill.
